Let's begin by honoring ourselves as parents and spend some positive time working on feeling better within so that whatever it is we bring to our children, will come forth with respect, love, honor, and understanding.  At times, our family members seem to get the butt end of the deal when it comes to good and patient communication.  Maybe we should pretend we're at work when we get home, so we treat our spouse and children the same way we treat strangers!
